This digital marketing agency faced challenges when receiving large images and files from its clients via email for the development of their e-commerce sites.
Clients had to send multiple emails, each containing a single image, due to the 25 MB limit, or use tools like WeTransfer for files larger than 25 MB.

- Avoiding communication inefficiencies and project delays. The team had to constantly manage a full inbox, which affected their ability to receive new emails and documents; they currently handle between 2,000 and 3,000 emails per month.

Clients can now log in to the reception portal and link their upload to a project. Our portal, via API, integrates all that documentation into their CRM within the client’s project.
Tranxfer simplifies the process and increases its efficiency. It is no longer necessary to go through email or resort to WeTransfer or other shadow IT tools. This frees up the BeeDigital team, which no longer has to worry about constantly managing the inbox, as files are automatically deleted.
