Infosecurity Europe 2025: Key Trends for the Future of Cybersecurity

Yesterday, we attended Infosecurity Europe 2025, held at ExCeL London in London from June 3 to 5, 2025, and we returned inspired by the trends shaping the future of cybersecurity. This event, one of the most important industry summits in Europe, celebrated its 30th edition with the mission of “Building a Safer Cyber World” and brought together more than 13,000 professionals and hundreds of exhibitors to share knowledge, innovations, and solutions in a constantly evolving environment.

Over three intensive days, the event offered a comprehensive agenda featuring more than 200 hours of content, presentations, panels, and specialized zones that addressed the industry’s current challenges and emerging technologies.

Key Trends and Topics

During our visit to the event, several topics stood out as shaping the digital security agenda:

1. The Impact of Artificial Intelligence

AI was one of the event’s main themes, with a clear focus on how it is transforming both threats and defenses. The 2025 edition introduced sessions dedicated to exploring AI-driven attack vectors—such as deepfakes, automated phishing, and the exploitation of large language models—along with strategies for securing AI-based systems and GenAI.

The cybersecurity community is rethinking its investments and strategies to address the impact of AI, as many professionals recognize that it will require a complete overhaul of their defenses.

2. Preparing for a Post-Quantum World

The discussion on quantum computing was also prominent, particularly regarding the challenges it poses to traditional cryptography. Although it remains a medium- to long-term focus, protecting data against quantum capabilities is a growing concern among experts and security leaders.

Connections and Collaborations

During the event, we had the pleasure of greeting our colleagues from Netskope ES and Check Point Software, and we also got a firsthand look at some of the solutions and new developments they are bringing to market. These conversations underscore the importance of collaborating with strategic partners to strengthen our own defensive capabilities in the face of an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape.

Infosecurity Europe 2025 reaffirms that cybersecurity is a discipline in constant transformation. Emerging trends—from AI and quantum computing to the intersection of digital and geopolitics—present clear challenges, but also opportunities to innovate and improve resilience.

We are taking away fresh ideas, inspiring conversations, and a deeper understanding of how to adapt our security strategies in this dynamic environment. We are convinced that applying these insights will enable us to contribute to a safer digital world for our customers and partners.
