This month, we are pleased to contribute to SIC magazine, discussing topics such as “Zero Trust,” the most challenging issue facing companies due to remote work.

What kind of projects are we carrying out in our organization to adapt this workspace to this new work environment?
At Tranxfer, we help strengthen security master plans and, above all, we help companies gradually phase out the use of email as a channel for sharing files. The risks they face include vulnerabilities in email itself regarding attacks; man-in-the-middle attacks, impersonation scams such as CEO fraud, and the exposure of the company’s massive volume of email attachments.
Additionally, SIC magazine reported that, according to a survey by Think Tank on Parliament Street, 2 out of 5 companies are reconsidering changing their communication systems due to the increase in security issues since the pandemic.
The concept Zero Trust is also central to the next steps and plans that companies intend to implement.
In these projects, what challenges or barriers might we encounter? Are they being resolved?
The problems our company encounters are usually “human barriers” when it comes to implementing new processes that were previously established in a certain way and that the company now has to reconsider changing.
Tranxfer works with highly dynamic companies that have well-developed and established security policies within their organizations, such as Naturgy and Codere—two companies that are very clear that security must be a priority in their policies and budgets.
How do we envision the evolution of the workplace over the next two years?
At Tranxfer, we foresee an evolution of the workplace that can be summarized in three key areas: user experience and productivity, trust in the cloud, and security and compliance. Now more than ever, users can connect via multiple devices, which can lead to data leaks in the absence of Zero Trust. This concept requires a shift in mindset within IT so that all devices are treated as potential threats and can be controlled. We believe there will no longer be room for the notion of “not cloud-based,” so companies will increasingly work remotely. Zero Trust will be a necessity.
This technological transformation has been accelerated by the pandemic, but it was inevitable that it would happen.
This month we’ve been featured in more magazines, such as the one from Business Insider.
