Tranxfer protects the last mile and joins the zero trust policies for the future of the workplace

Reinforcements in the security master plans and a growing tendency to apply ZERO trust strategies.

The technology platform transfer was born in 2013 with the aim of specializing in the secure sending of files and with the desire to help CISOs and security departments to combat SHADOW IT.

With the new normality and for a few months, the activity of Tranxfer has not stopped growing. The growing need to protect the last mile has caused several things; Reinforcements in the security master plans and a growing tendency to apply ZERO trust strategies.

At a time when there is practically no room for what “it is not cloud”, teams working remotely on a daily basis, and using multiple devices, causes an increasing need to work with advanced security policies, and further protect the perimeter.

Zero trust is a mindset shift among IT to treat all devices as potential threats.

At Tranxfer we visualize the needs regarding the evolution of the workspace with three elements: trust in the cloud, security and compliance.

Our contribution is to work with the sending and receiving of files in a safe way, protecting the input and output channels, offering traceability, and above all an easy way to work and integrated into corporate systems. Tranxfer has become an essential element within the security master plans.

The risks that companies would not face are: the vulnerability of the email channel itself in terms of attacks; man in the middle, impersonations as CEO fraud and the company's exposure to malware ingress. According to the survey carried out by Think Thank on Parliament Street, 2 out of 5 are considering changing their communication system due to security problems during the pandemic.

However, the pandemic has only accelerated a change that was already anticipated and that has undoubtedly helped Tranxfer to consolidate its message of secure technology.

“Tranxfer is the local technology with the capacity and leadership to stand up to the big international corporations”. It currently has a team of 15 people and headquarters in Barcelona.

The future of work is job relocation.
